Yes, you can! To join the affiliate program, please go to the bottom of the homepage and follow the instructions to get your affiliate commission.

Q: I entered the wrong address and need to change it, who do I contact?

Q: Why is my order taking so long to ship?

Orders shipping by UPS Mail or other international carriers may take longer to arrive, especially during peak shopping seasons. You can track your shipment using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email.

Q: Can I purchase replacement parts for items purchased from your store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer replacement parts for sale at this time. However, you can contact marketing@gobidex.com for additional help regarding the parts you need.

 

Q: Can I cancel my order from gobidex.com?

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at marketing@gobidex.com. Please note that we can only cancel items that have not yet been shipped. If the item has already been shipped, you can email us to initiate a return. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
