Q: Why is my order taking so long for shipping?
Orders shipping by UPS Mail or other international carriers. Due to the peak shopping season, you may experience longer delivery times. You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to request a cancellation of your order, please email us at marketing@gobidex.com. Please note that we can only cancel items that have not yet been shipped. If your item has already shipped, you can still email us to initiate a return. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
