Q: I entered the wrong address and need to change, who do I contact?

Q: Why is my order taking so long for shipping?
Orders shipping by UPS Mail or other international carriers. Due to the peak shopping season, you may experience longer delivery times. You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email.
Q: Can I cancel my order from gobidex.com?
Please email us via support@gobidex.com if you would like to send a request to cancel your order. We are only able to cancel items which have not been yet shipped! If the item has already shipped, you can email us to let us know you would like to initiate a return. Once we receive the item back into our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item only.
